I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 2 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
The majority of our products are fullfilled and shipped from USA
Average transit times to the United States from our domestic warehouse: 2-5 Business days
Average transit times to the United States from our international warehouse: 5 - 20 Business days. Average transit times to International: 15 - 45 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers, so you may recieve more than one tracking number.
When you receive your tracking number, please let us know if you're having trouble tracking any part of your order.
RETURN + REFUND POLICY
At this time we are only able to offer refunds on damaged, misprinted items or shipping errors (ie ordered small recieved large) Our return policy lasts until 30 days after the item is marked as delivered for damage or faulty goods. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will be able to assist you. If you ordered the wrong size or are unhappy with order for any other reason refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and you may be responsible for shipping the item to our headquarters.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at email@example.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do our best to ensure safe transport of your order, however on the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
